When people say true love does not exist they have not had the pleasure of meeting Michelle and Matthew. These beautiful people were meant to be together, no ifs no buts.
This special day was so much more than seeing a bride and groom get married, this beautiful couple are my family (having known the bride since she was a teeny tiny netballer). Though the weather did not go to plan for the day, it was just so magical that the storm and winds just did not matter.
Michelle and Matthew's Wedding Day was a long time coming for their friends and family. Eleven years ago they met, at a party held at Michelle's house and it is still debated how Matthew was invited to the party. However that is a miniscule detail as Michelle and Matt's lives were never going to be the same again.
With so much travel and adventures behind them Matthew knew it was time to marry the girl of his dreams. With nerves at the thought of losing the gorgeous ring he had bought, he took Michelle down to her favourite spot in Melbourne, Port Melbourne where the boats come in, and got down on one knee. Without a single doubt in her head, she said yes!
So on 22nd October 2016 at the Brighton Savoy in Brighton, these two crazy kids finally became Mr and Mrs Watts. The groom looking so suited up, and surprising his wife to be with the cutting of his rats tail, and the bride, absolutely stunning in her dress, and surprising her groom with the guitar he wanted, made for one spectacular day!!
Thank you so much Michelle and Matt for allowing me to capture your day...it was a pleasure and a privilege and I want to wish you once again a lifetime of happiness and love.
